Racing Victoria has imposed a racing ban on all horses owned by multimillionaire businessman Sean Buckley and his company Ultra Racing as it investigates claims of embryo transplantation, which is strictly forbidden in the thoroughbred industry.
The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald can reveal Racing Victoria stewards advised Ultra Racing on March 31 its horses, and any other horses majority-owned by Mr Buckley, would be barred from nominating for any Victorian races until otherwise advised.
