Seeks operational structure has shifted plenty of times since it was founded in 1997 and listed in 2005, but arguably never as dramatically as this.
The business will effectively split itself in two, in a structure that is still to be finalised.
The main business lets call it New Seek will be run by Narev and will focus on the companys core classified operations in Asia Pacific and Latin America.
On Tuesdays first-half earnings numbers, this core accounts for about 62 per cent of underlying earnings…
